General Delivery Terms

Delivery is available within Australia only. International delivery is not available from Habitania. Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update once dispatched. If tracking numbers are not updated within 24 hours, please contact us at online@habitania.com.au or 0403 945 064. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Australia wide delivery except for furniture and selected wall art items. See below for information on furniture deliveries.
• This time will vary with the availabilities of products. If there are any concerns regarding dispatch times, please contact us prior to purchasing.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Our orders are posted via Australia Post, Fastway, TNT and Allied Express. After the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery times are as follows.

Please note that express delivery is not offered by default as a shipping option. If you require express delivery, please email online@habitania.com.au for enquiries.

Free Delivery Terms

Free delivery on orders of $150 or over. Excludes all furniture items and selected wall clocks, wall art and other select items.

Furniture Delivery

• Pick up in store is available at an additional cost. (door-to-door service)

Delivery Address

Goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified on the order. In instances where the shipping address is an office address, shared house or apartment, the courier will make reasonable attempts to contact you however, you agree that we may deliver to an individual at the delivery address and will be able to rely on that individuals’ instructions as if they were your own.

Upon checking out online, please review the product details to determine if larger items require self-assembly. Unpacking, assembly and installation fees are not included as part of your delivery fee.

Couriers reserve the right to not deliver an order if it is believed that the address is not secure. If there are any issues with your order, a Habitania representative will contact you.

Multi-Item Delivery

Habitania may dispatch a multi-item order from different locations at different times depending on stock availability. In the instance that Habitania splits a delivery, the customer will not be charged for any additional deliveries. 

Delivery in peak trade and sale periods

Please note that during busy sale periods, delivery of orders may take longer due to the high volume of orders.

Habitania endeavours to have your items shipped as soon as possible.

Online Returns Policy

Change of Mind

Refunds or returns will NOT be offered for change of mind reasons. If you do change your mind, we are happy to provide a credit note or offer an exchange at any of our physical stores.The item must be returned to one of our stores found at the following link: Store Locator

Faulty Items

If you have received your order and it is faulty, or damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as within 3 business days of receiving your delivery so we can assess it. Details of the faulty item/s should be sent to: online@habitania.com.au

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. For example we may arrange to:

• Suggest a self-repair (with an offer of compensation to you)
• Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund
• Replace the product (subject to availability)
• Arrange for the product to be returned to us

In the case that we require the faulty stock to be returned to us we will pay for the cost of the return shipping.

Wrong items Delivered

In the rare occasion we have sent a wrong item to you, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrectly shipped item.

Claims greater than 14 days from purchase date will not be accepted for an incorrect delivery.

Exclusions

Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless it is being returned under a Warranty Claim.

For any returns for purchases where there is a 'Gift with Purchase' all gifts must be returned as well when returning the purchase.

Returning Products To Us 

Return via Mail

A return label will be provided where the order is required to be returned via post. Please inform us within 14 days so a return label can be emailed to you for printing. Items must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received. The item must be in the original condition and packaging and the original invoice must be provided.

1. Where possible, please re-use the delivery packaging. Attach your label and post. Please ensure no old labels are visible.

3. Habitania shall not refund customers for any products that it does not receive, or that it receives which are broken or damaged unless agreed upon. Refunds for faulty items will be provided once the product is confirmed to have arrived at our warehouse.
