The 450ml bottles are designed for longevity and to be refilled using our al.ive Home Cleaning Concentrate Refills. The concentrate refills are 100% recyclable and made with 30% post consumer recycled plastic. Ensure you keep the lid attached to the concentrate bottle when recycling.
Delivery Times
Our orders are posted via Australia Post, Aramex and Allied Express. After the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery times are as follows. We aim to dispatch from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. However, if items are being sourced from multiple locations there may be a delay.

These items are classifed as bulky items and will be subject to varying delivery rates depending on the size, weight and delivery location.
For orders that include bulky items, the shipping fees associated with these items will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process. These fees are based on factors such as the size, weight, destination, and shipping method chosen for the bulky items.
